Being new to the entire idea of storage I wasn't so sure what to expect but Barbara took her time to explain all the options available to me. On the day I moved my stuff in, the process was straight forward and documentation was quickly wrapped up. I had to go back to get a few things and it was easy to access my unit.

It's easy to load the car even in bad weather with drive-in access and several platform trucks available. Barb is friendly and very knowledgeable. We have been renting here for over 3 years and are very happy with it.
