I had worked there. My initials are NB. I had several times requested experience letter from owner and he always refused to give one stating that I was a contract driver. Told him to issue one, as contract driver and he again refused. I know three other drivers to whom owner had refused to issue the letter. Today also received an email from Insurance company stating while i was working with All Routes, Owner did not registered my name with insurance company.

I worked there, despite several requests, owner refused to give me an employment letter and also refused to confirm my employment to new prospective employer, which is Very bad. Drivers should be careful from such kind of employer.

I'm driving with these guys for a while now. They are very professional with there work. They have new fleet to drive, didn't had any issue at the Scales, also they have good reputation at the border, pay on time what else you need, dispatch.. Mr Sim very honest person, always get you pick up on time very less waiting time, some time there is delay at pick-up location, if you're doing open board that's how it work. I have work with few other company's didn't really had good experiences. I strongly recommend to work with these guys, sure i can give them⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐........ :)

All Routes is a great company to work for with friendly people. They genuinely care about their employees. Work environment is positive and they maintain relationships with their customers. Dispatchers always helping drivers out. Top notch team, would recommend them for sure!
