I did not feel comfortable with how fast our driver was driving. He kept a speed of 120 - 130 km/h on the highway, zipped in between cars and drove very closely behind others. There were several instances where he had to break hard to avoid bumping into another car. It made all of us anxious.

This was my first time using Aeroport Taxi and so not sure how the other drivers are. Besides this driver. I felt we received a really good service. It was incredibly easy to make a booking, the driver arrived early and the rates were very fair.

I have used this service many times over the last few years. All experiences have been exceptional! On time, pleasant, safe and cautious drivers. The last experience (Christmas Day 2022) I do feel I also need to specifically mention. A winter storm had hit Toronto and my flight had a number of cancellations and postponed times. I called to arrange a change in pick up times each change and felt I was becoming a nuisance, they were very understanding, accommodating and professional in all of my requests. I will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend it to all my friends and family. Happy New Year!

Excellent taxi service with fast response times! I'd like to mention they're a 24/7 service and give the most affordable taxi rates in GTA. Not even Uber or Lyft gave me these rates. Not to mention, the drivers are genuinely nice and knowledgeable.

Love using this service. Drivers are really friendly. If you want to sit quietly and do some work during the journey that is fine, if you want to chat that is fine too. Pleased to see that the cars are new. The call takers are professional and helpful. This is my first choice for airport drop off and pick ups.

I used this company for my first time, pickup from Toronto Pearson Airport to my home. The service was fast and easy, I didn’t even have to call for a ride as the taxis were already lined up outside the airport which is fantastic considering how exhausted People are after a days of travel. My ride home was pleasant.
Once I arrived home, I paid the driver via visa, the driver was unsure if the payment went through so we attempted the payment again. The driver assured me that if they was any problem with double payment to contact the company.
Two months later I was going through my statement and noticed I was double charged. I immediately contacted customer service via e-mail and within 24 hours everything was resolved and a refund was provided.
