My central vac motor was replace within 3 hours and with new appliances. Warranty they offer was excellent. This is a great place to buy your vacuum. I was also refer to them.

I must say I'm very happy with this vacuum, it is easy to vacuum the stairs without lugging a full size vacuum. Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable he help me to chooose the best car vacuum i ever had before.

(July 15, 2019, 2:27 am)My Hoover Vacuum was fixed in no time. Came back as if it was brand new. My vacuum was still in warranty and they acknowledged my receipt right away without too many hassle in paper work. Very nice staff. Thank you Vacuum Factory, I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
