(November 8, 2019, 7:31 pm)Great place! Workouts are different everyday. You really sweat. Even when I don’t feel like working out I know it will be done in 30 mins and always feel great when finished.
I’m over 60 and the trainers never make it too hard or too easy! Never feel self conscious.
Mike and Veronica are the best!
