He did a quiet and efficient job and educated me how to clean the filter which I wasn't doing. A well deserved 5 star rating.

He called back the same day and actually talked me through fixing both problems myself, spending his own time on a Saturday to help me out and not charging me anything! I will definitely call him again if I need any appliance repair, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and honest.
