Not only from a technical perspective but also takes the time to understand the home, and its history. The inspection report was delivered fast and covered every aspect of the home. Prism Home Inspection gives very honest opinion with detailed reports. As a first time home buyer i was very impressed when I saw their inspection process. They also took time to explain me the issues and it's remediation along with the cost and risk analysis. That way I could able to negotiate with the seller.
