(August 14, 2020, 4:12 pm)Outstanding customer care. First off the manager Sarah is wonderful, extremely patient and knowledgeable. My mom has had a difficult time finding shoes to meet her needs. So glad we visited Sarah’s store. Even after many trials, Sarah never gave up. We were so impressed we drove 30 mins each visit her location, thank you so much. Store has ample variety of shoes that will meet your feet’s needs. Location is clean, organized, and well displayed. I have had different sales persons at different times and all have made good suggestions and have checked available stock carefully. I have never experienced the negativity that some other reviewers described. I rarely post opinions but felt compelled to speak up on behalf of the store and staff who are providing a good source of quality footwear in Bolton.
