Ken was excellent to deal with. Very patient and very willing to help with my IT issues over the phone and via email and allow me to learn about what was happening along the way. He was able to walk me through recovering my data and updating my CPU as well as providing me with the knowledge and tools for future backups and protection to reduce the risk of issues in the future. Strongly recommend his services.

Ken is incredibly helpful. His rates are very reasonable as well. He is knowledgeable and thorough and teaches in a way that is kind and patient for someone who is not very computer savvy. He was able to answer all of my questions and referred me to sites for further learning. Best computer teacher I've ever had. We were having problems with our printer unable to wirelessly from either one of our lap tops. I called Staples and they no longer offer home service and Geek Squad did not open until 11am. I went on line and found Technology 411 and spoke to Ken. He arrived a couple of hours later (imagine same day service). With his wealth of knowledge he fixed our problem. Ken has been helping me over the last few weeks to upgrade my computer and transfer files from one account to another. It has been a long process as I don't have high speed internet at my home, and I have limited knowledge of the workings of a computer. He has been extremely patient with me and given me terrific advice which I have been applying. I now almost at the end of the project and am very excited that I have the files I need safely stored on my computer, a new email, and a computer that is much more efficient through his help and expertise.
