Step 2: Check your email within hours and respond accordingly
Step 3: A glass professional will show up to your place; in my case his name is Eddy
Step 4: They will take their measurements and if it is custom they will order just that. (Quickest Response Time with a Get Done Attitude!)
Step 5: They will come and install before you even know it.
Step 6: Pay them ( Very Reasonable for the Quality)
Step 7: Repeat the above process whenever necessary.
Thank you Eddy for coming out after hours in unfavourable weather conditions to take care of the custom order. I appreciate it! -

I called around and received so many runarounds or hang-ups from other window glass/repair shops until I found OnlyTheGlass. Eddy responded to me within an hour. In the span of a day, I had a quote for replacing window pane. Within a week, I had a new window matched exactly as it was before. All around great service and great prices to match. Thanks Eddy!
