He quickly found the cause of problem from the condenser and replaced the broken part right away. I asked him many questions while he's doing the work, and he was able to answer all of them and explain things that I was unsure of patiently. I would definitely recommend Glacier Mechanical and Ken for his quality of services if you are looking for an HVAC technician. Thanks Ken!
