Even with Low income Yogesh Mittal was able to get me Approved and really great rate. Other mortgage brokers I contacted wanted to give me a private mortgage with such high interest rate and such high monthly payments that were interest only . But Yogesh was able to get me Approved from A Lender at a great rate and monthly payments I can actually afford where I am paying more than just interest.
