(June 5, 2020, 2:05 pm)Great first experience with Xact hvac . I called on Wednesday and Daniel was here early Thursday morning. Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to check my system, explaining to me everything he was doing. He gave me some helpful pointers and called me later in the day to check to see if my system was working to my satisfaction I would highly recommend this company.

(May 8, 2019, 3:27 pm)I just want to thank all the Staff At XACT HVAC INC. Our furnace stopped working at our office over the winter and we were having trouble finding someone to come out the same day. After speaking with Daniel he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone with me and get the furnace working temporarily until he could come up the next day and fix it properly. We were on the phone at least a half hour which he never charged me for and repaired the furnace for a very reasonable price. This is clearly a company that cares not only about the work they do but they also have that customer first attitude - a very rare trait in today's time. Thank you guys once again!!

(April 29, 2019, 5:16 pm)Would highly recommend XACT. When my furnace broke down this winter I called frantically hoping they could come ASAP as I have a new baby at home. Not only were they accommodating but very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
