We recently had work done in our master bathroom - the installation of a Smart Toilet.
Our plumber was fantastic!
I suspect he was a little concerned about the smart toilet install at first but once he had a look at the installation guide and did some measuring he figured it out and executed a flawless installation!
He was very pleasant to speak with, his work was excellent, and the clean up was very good - we could not be happier.
Cost was exactly what we were quoted.
This is the second time we have had work done by this firm and once again we are 100% satisfied.

Mark, who help fix my leaking shutoff valve, showed up on time and was clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I appreciate him taking the time to explain to me what was happening and what he was going to do. The whole process only took him less than an hour, which surprised me considering the limited space for him to maneuver.

Trademark came highly recommended by my property manager, citing 20-30 years working with them and getting consistent good result. I was still hesitant to contact them due to the poor ratings here. But I'm glad that I went through the reviews and realized the issues were mostly around charges and punctuality - it's a reality I long accepted given the difficulty of finding qualified plumbers (or any skilled trades) in GTA.
