Bonnie & Richard have helped my wife Denise and I to buy and sell our last 3 homes. They are very intuitive and sensitive to your personal needs. It was an emotional roller coaster for us especially on our last home sale. Bonnie & Richard smoothed troubled waters several times for us. They also did a home walk-thru and made an outline of things we needed to change to make the house look nice for our prospective buyers. My advice on this is don't take anything they say personally about your home ...they are very astute on what is needed to make it sell ...just make they changes they suggest and sit back for a great ride. We have sold 2 houses for more than we thought was possible. I would attribute this to the ideas they had on changing some stuff in our homes and to their great marketing system and many years of contacts and negotiating skills. Thx Bonnie & Richard ...we will definitely be back again :-)
