The classes were great, I felt very welcomed and they just added a whole bunch of new class styles to their schedule. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to as I was blown away by the client experience I got from the owner Lisa. She followed up with me after my class and made recommendations on classes I would be best fit for and would like. Just went above and beyond. Thanks!

(August 15, 2020, 11:14 pm)It was so nice to get back to the studio. We were 2 metres apart. Wore masks until standing on our mat. It is very safe in the studio space. Lisa does an amazing job at cleaning in between classes and making sure things are proper. If you are concerned about catching something you don’t need to worry about the studio. It is definitely a safe haven. The classes taking place outside are fun and grounding since you are out in nature. I am so grateful to be back. It helps to keep my stress at bay which is difficult in these trying times. Go and take a class in studio. You totally forget about Covid. A nice escape ?.

(December 19, 2019, 6:18 pm)The studio space is unique with such a positive atmosphere that fits the space perfectly. It is such a great place to go as a student with many pricing options and opportunities. It is a great place for authentic yoga, community and to de-stress from school! Love it!
