He was able to quickly identify properties that met my criteria and arranged showings that fit my schedule. He was very patient, and attentive, and provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process. I can't imagine a better choice, especially if you are new to Canada.
Sushil was always available to answer my questions and provide expert advice, even outside of normal business hours. His responsiveness and dedication to his clients are truly remarkable. I am grateful for his help and would definitely work with him again in the future.

We are new to Canada and finding a good place was really challenging for us. Sushil did his best and we settled into our new apartment just on time. He understood my requirements clearly and helped me scout for the perfect apartment in Downtown Toronto that I now call my home. He guided me through the whole negotiation process (I'm a newcomer to Canada) and was able to get me a fair deal as well. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for real estate in Etobicoke or Downtown Toronto.
