Purchased Vitalogy by Pearl Jam vinyl as a gift for a friend that I don't see often. When he opened the record, the records would not sit properly on the record player. The hole in the middle was too small. I went to exchange it. Got the exchange but upon opening the bag a while (weeks) later, noticed that the copy in my bag was not wrapped, meaning it was not a new copy but the defective copy I tried to exchange. After visiting my friend again, he tried out the copy and sure enough it did not sit on the spindle properly, confirming what I had thought. When I went to the store, I was told that there was nothing they could do except give me the customer service email address. I have the original receipt and everything too. So far this has been a colossal waste of time and money.

I sent an email to sunrise customer service. I hope this matter is resolved soon and will be happy to change my review when it does.

Update.. Customer service was very helpful in fixing the issue. They exchanged the item for another one. Due to the current situation, I haven't been able to get the gift to my friend but hopefully this one will sit on the turntable properly.

Very nice hotel with amazing staff! I have to admit that their beds are probablysome of the most comfortable I've slept in! The pool area is really nice as well. About half hour from the beach

It's a music store!!!! The only one really here in Brampton. They have a good selection of items and even memorabilla that is so exciting to see. Give it a chance trust me you will like it!

Great place to buy records and tapes. Glad to know that records are making a come back. Picked up many records and cassette tapes. Would be nice if the prices on the records could be a little more fair as they are high priced but overall good experience.
