Had an old kenmore sewing machine and couldn’t find the pressure foot and screw attachment and I called and the owner was so friendly and helpful and I drove an hour on Sunday and he had the piece ready and installed it for me. I couldn’t find the part anymore. I’m so happy that I can use my sewing machine again. Great experience
