Mr. Sidhu was very patient and responsive to all our queries. He had also handled our bridge loan formalities very efficiently and followed up with lender personally to ensure funding is available on time. He had walked extra mile to deal with previous lawyer for Lien requirements without any additional charges. He also explained each and every details of the document and accounting details to us. Particularly for new comers and new home buyers it is very helpful. We would highly recommend his high quality professional services.

(February 10, 2021, 4:42 pm)Rupinder Sidhu represented us when we sold a property and purchased another property and we were very satisfied with his support and work on completing the sale and purchase of our properties. Our closing involved a bridge loan and 2 extension requests on the closing date made by the purchasers. Although the closing on our house had a few bumps, we were always confident in Mr. Sidhu's advice and representation of our best interests. His patience in answering all of our questions, numerous phone calls and emails was greatly appreciated - even on the weekends. COVID-19 has certainly impacted 'business as usual' and yet he was always ready and available. The visit to his office to complete paperwork was also a great experience as he took time to explain each document we were signing - I didn't sign for any thing I didn't understand. It really was a pleasure working with Mr. Sidhu.
