Working with Shane to both buy our new home and quickly sell our current home was a pleasure. Shane was very patient with us as we took our time looking at different properties over the course of many months, but when the time came that we found the right one he acted with urgency! A purchase meant we very quickly had to get our home ready for the market and Shane was there every step of the way - sharing his time, expertise and even helping out with some home repairs. He is truly a "full service" realtor! Thank you Shane (and Angie in the office) for making this a truly positive experience.

We had such a wonderful experience with our previous home purchase with him back in 2017, so it was a no brainer for us to call him up again. He helped make this experience so much easier on us, and put out any little fires that may have come up in both the purchase and sale. He went out of his way on so many occasions: lock our house up for us after showings, drive out of town to pick up a deposit cheque for us, or generally handle any issues so that we wouldn’t have to stress about it. We had high demands for our next house, and a limited budget, but Shane was still able to help us secure the perfect home for our growing family. We never felt pressured, and knew we could come to him with anything. We highly suggest him to anyone looking for a smooth purchase and sale, but especially for someone who has a few more questions or needs a bit more guidance than your average joe. You really won’t find this kind of patience anywhere else! Thanks again Shane!
