(April 12, 2022, 5:47 pm)Excellent customer service in the service department. Mike, Vladan, and Michael were outstanding in helping me resolve a number of issues with a gear motor I brought to them. I am beyond pleased with the results.
Mike the service manager also informed me that SEW EURODRIVE is available at any hour of the day 7 days a week to help get you out if a 'motor down' situation.
A valuable resource for those that service the manufacturing industry. -
