Even though I was pro-actively doing my due diligence at every step of Home buying, I found that Jithesh is very different from other realtors in the market. I would have spoken/met 25ish realtors and 15ish mortgage agents. Most of the realtors you meet have primarily goal of completing the Sales transaction as soon as possible to get the deal done. There will be a sense of rush as the realtor commission is tied to a Sale.
However, in case of Jithesh, he always advised what should we do, and what we should not. Instead of rushing for any housing deal, his focus was not to pay way overtasking and get the value of money.
