He was always available, provided great help and more importantly provided honest opinion even if it meant that the deal wont go through. He always kept my interest in mind and thats what you expect from a realtor. It was a tricky situation as I am non-resident. But he did all the planning, helped me understand the market and estimate.
Further staged the house so nice and advertise (online & conventional way), did the open house, and had it get sold within 10 days BOOM!
All these without me even flying back from California a single time, and the price I got was higher than I originally thought of..
He has unique approach as realtor and always willing to go an extra mile. I would highly recommend Umesh and his team for any of your realestate needs.
