Vikram is more than just a realtor who helps buy or sell houses but also a market expert and analyst. His advice that was based on thorough and scientific research, trend analysis, simulations and projections made it very valuable for me in my recent realty investment. When we first met Vikram Kondathasula,he explained that his job is more service than sales.The best part about working with Vikram was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, Every time we viewed a new property Vikram would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc Vikram also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the best property,He has a thorough knowledge of the local market.Would definitely recommend Vikram to my friends and colleagues.
