(November 9, 2020, 10:27 am)We have been dealing with Purple Computing for a number of years now and can highly recommend their IT support services in the South West of England.
Initially we signed up, and paid for, monthly support but as we are only very small IT users, (only 3 people) we realised perhaps it wasn't necessary for us. Even though we stopped our monthly paid support package, their technical team have still offered quick support, when they have availability. If, however your business runs with more than a handful of users, the monthly support packages they offer would be a must as this gives priority over other customers. All the staff at this company are friendly, helpful and willing to assist but most importantly, they are extremely knowledgeable and well versed in all matters relating to IT issues. Definitely would not go anywhere else for IT support! Thank you Purple Computing. -

(March 7, 2020, 12:19 pm)Dean was very professional, a great communicator, flexible in solutions and accessible. Had multiple issues with a (9) yr old iMac with Malware, storage, speed and multiple system crashes. Dean cleared up the Malware, as well as other nuisances, upgraded the Ram and added an external SSD. System has been flawless and much faster. Thanks Dean!

Unlike any other support we have used we always get a constructive reply within about 20 minutes, meaning our issues are looked at almost immediately. Highly recommended.
