A big thank you to Harleen and her team for being so prepped and present at our wedding. First of all, the team is thorough in ensuring all your wedding prep is completed. With their background and connections in the South Asian Wedding industry Panache Events knows exactly the right questions to ask, and know how to find the missing details. The team got us organized from the gecko from vendor information to small details like Milni lists, the team made sure there was nothing left to the last minute. On the day of, her team had as on time and on track. One of the most common compliments I got about our wedding was that it was concise and organized – no event or activity was dragged longer than usual and each activity was enjoyed thoroughly. At the day of our reception, the team arrived early and made sure all the vendors and details were in place and on track. Unfortunately one of our vendors was late but the team had already resolved the issue and made a Plan B. If you’re thinking – do I need a coordinator at my wedding? I think a cousin or aunt/uncle can handle it. Don’t. Release yourself and your loved ones from the anxiety and stress of wedding coordination. We hired Panacheevents to coordinate our same day wedding and reception. This was probably one of the best decisions we made! Harleen was exceptional throughout the entire process of dealing with all the final vendor payments, finalizing vendor contracts and deliverables and ensuring we got to eat at our wedding! Panache Events helped us with our wedding and reception. We worked primarily with Harleen who was absolutely amazing she listened to our requirements and saw where our shortfalls were and mitigated the risks. She focused on the right details and was always there to take care of all ours and our families needs without having the events impacted (mind you they all went through super smoothly and on time!!!).
