I HAVE AN EXPERIENCE AS UNDER:
WHEN ONLINE PROGRAMME IS IN PROGRESS,ON MY TURN I TRY TO UNMUTE MYSELF.
I RECIEVE A MESSAGE AS UNDER:

1.THE HOST HAS MUTED YOU.

OR

THE HOST IS NOT ALLOWING THE PARTICIPANTS TO UNMUTE.

CONSEQUENTLY MY VOICE DOES NOT REACH AND I COULD NOT PRESENT MY RACHNA.THIS HAS HAPPENED IN TWO PROGRAMMES.

MY INTERNET WORKS VERY WELL WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM IN SO MANY OTHER ONLINE PROGRAMMES.I FACE THE PROBLEM ONLY IN OUR GROUP PROGRAMMES.I CAN LISTEN AND VIEW THE WHOLE PROGRAMME. IN THE BEGINNING MY VOICE IS RESPONDED ALSO.ONLY MY VOICE CAN NOT BE HEARD BY OTHERS WHEN I HAVE TO PRESENT MY ITEM.
