Platinum Rides

My daughter booked a hummer limo through Platinum this past Saturday for her wedding, initially things were good, the driver arrived on time for the first pick up and the limo looked nice.

My daughter provided a clearly laid out timeline with addresses and instructions. Unfortunately our driver did not follow the instructions/route provided. The driver admitted to us that he didn't follow the route provided and when he went missing in the middle of our booked time he stated that he was lost.

As well, my daughter was advised that there was another booking immediately after ours, such a close turnaround between our end time and the next start time, that there is no possible way the limo was cleaned between customers.

When they reached out to Platinum on Monday about the experience they were met with a lack of empathy, deflecting the blame to us. However, on Tuesday my daughter received another call, from the owner this time, which she felt went better.

The owner agreed to a partial refund, and my daughter agreed to remove her 1 star review, at her request I have changed my review as well. We appreciate the effort to make things right through a small refund.

First time using the service and won’t be the last. We actually booked the Cadillac XTS but we were picked by a luxurious suburban (spacious, leather interior, etc). Alex was our driver and was very good at directing us out of the airport considering the new construction and a very smooth driver. Customer service was also very quick to respond via email when I had questions prior to pickup. We look forward to using your service again soon!

My experience with Platinum Rides was amazing from start to End.From the first call I made & spoke with the Paul to when my family were dropped off. They went above & beyond. I will definitely use them again!! Driver was Amazing.

This past weekend we had an experience that wasn't great, we reached out about it and the fleet manager wasn't appropriate, but today the owner called us and agreed to a small refund for the hassle (the hassle being that the limo made me half an hour late to my own wedding). I can't get that day back to be on time to the wedding, but at least the owner acknowledged the errors made and agreed to refund the additional photographer costs for making me late to my own wedding and needing to push everything back.

Positives in the experience - the limo looked nice and we didn't have to drive ourselves to the wedding.

AMAZING NIGHT! Our driver Lathan was truly amazing and very kind! From the first email/call I made to Platinum Rides I felt very confident and assured that they were professional! Don't hesitate you will be happy you called! I will definitely use their services in again!
