They picked the rug up from my apartment, professionally cleaned it and removed all stains and returned to me within less than 24 hours looking like a brand new rug! So impressed, and really friendly and professional service! Highly recommend.

I recently had to use them for a carpet cutting and binding, and had a time restraint. Dusty went above and beyond to do a great job and to ensure that the rug was ready in time. I would highly recommend his business to anyone.

They were well used and had accumulated lots of dirt over 3 decades of hard use. Also repaired one of them and the work is excellent. Very very impressed.

My family and I have been getting our rugs cleaned with his company for many years and the outstanding service continues to be consistent. We have many Persian rugs which are delicate to work with and our dog has made accidents on them a few times.We highly recommend his company.

Their knowledge is brilliant. Luna by Frankie surpassed expectations at every level of service_from prompt and fair estimate to totally professional cleaners.
