Lifetime Windows & Doors

Approximately 1 year ago I commenced the tedious and onerous task of searching/interviewing/receiving advice and quotes from multiple window/door companies to replace doors and windows along the back of my 27 year old home. Without a doubt at the end of this exhausting process, LIFETIME WINDOWS AND DOORS PRODUCTS was my company of choice. They came very highly recommended by Family and Friends that had previously used their service, however, I had to make that decision for myself. I met with the most amazing, knowledgeable, precise, professional, customer service focused, accommodating, attention to detail focused SALES REPRESENTATIVE SID GULATI...and so our journey together began!!
Installer Gerry came and meticulously measured all areas.
Fast forward, windows and doors installed last week(my decision to undertake renovation at this specific time of year) 2 days start to finish.
GERRY OMAR and DJ... FANTASTIC!! Professional gentlemen to work with. Took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and worked extremely long days to deliver.
SID, in regular communication with his TEAM and I, both by phone and site visits to ensure that the job was going well, that I was satisfied every step of the way.

We recently had several of our windows replaced, and they turned out beautiful! We directly met with Sunny to initially discuss options, and he was able to provide various suggestions using his expertise. We were able to find great quality and style that fit our budget. Jerry completed the demolition and installation of the new windows in a timely manner, and the results were fantastic. The overall experience was great; professional, knowledgeable, great overall communication and easy to talk to - definitely one of the best (if not the best) in the industry; would highly recommend this company to others.

Sid provided expert communication & made everything very easy. We had a simple window replacement and he made sure everything was done timely, cleanly, & with perfection. Will be a returning customer for the remainder of my Windows/Doors.

We recently had 7 windows replaced in our home and could not be happier with our experience with Lifetime Windows & Doors. We obtained estimates from several companies, and I immediately felt at ease with Sunny - I knew that he was ‘our guy’ if it was in our price range. He worked with us to find a solution that met our needs and our budget, listening to what we wanted and never pressuring us. He was very responsive to all my emails throughout the process.

The installation itself was a one-day job and went very smoothly. The installer, Shawn, and his team were total pros - they did a great job, working carefully and cleaning up the mess afterwards. Most of all, our new windows look great! We already notice a difference in those rooms, which are now warmer and quieter.
