He was extremely thorough and even went through previous returns for us. The appointment request was very easy to make on their website and they responded within a few hours and the time I requested was booked. The process was done both in office and remotely and everything worked perfect and was processed quickly. It took the stress out of the dreaded task of taxes. Will most definitely be back next year!

(February 21, 2020, 2:54 pm)I dealt with a lovely gentleman named Pax. He was very welcoming and more knowledgeable it the tax field than anyone I've ever dealt with in the past.
He was speedy and efficient. Pax opened up my tax file a second time to make changes as i had forgotten about a claim. This at no extra cost. Speaking of which the prices to file are great.
