Chris is a genuinely kind person, honest, forthright, knowledgable, professional with his work, educates you on what he is suggesting be done at every step, and is as concerned with getting things fixed and working properly as you are.
Not only did he get our A/C back up and running smoothly, he educated me on how the components are interacting, which not only allowed me to understand what is happening and what he was doing, it also gave me the knowledge base and confidence to make an informed decision on how to approach the situation if the A/C should have an issue in the future.
He also took a look at the system as a whole and gave me valuable advice on how to get the most out of the A/C’s lifespan.
I’ll be calling Chris again whenever necessary and passing his name on to every one I know is in need, which I don’t usually feel comfortable doing. Thank you Chris! -

(April 13, 2022, 1:32 am)Great experience with Chris. I had an issue with my hot water tank , I called Chris and he was there within the hour. He was very professional, helpful and easy to work with. He guided me through the process, answered all my questions promptly and was very patient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend KMC to anyone interested in heating and cooling services

(December 22, 2021, 3:39 am)This is the second time I used KMC services. I called Chris when my furnace went down I had no heat. He came to my home according to the time he promised. I'm in the service industry that customers come first Chris went beyond that. He made my family feel like we were apart of his extended family. He give me a heater to keep my family warm until the new furnace was put in at no additional cost. He double check everything on the furnace to make sure all is well and inspected my water tank to make sure it was safe. Chris your amazing and thank you and your team for a job well done. I would definitely recommend him hand down every time 👍🏼👍🏼
