From the day I visited their office on Mississauga road till the end of our purchase and closing, I’ve been very impressed with the staff and how informative and helpful they have been. I was dealing with Leandra first who helped with our sale. She was super cooperative and helpful and made sure everything was smooth. After closing, we were working with Alicia our warranty manager who made sure that everything was absolutely perfect and was super helpful and attentive with any concerns we had and was very accommodating especially during the hard covid times. I guess it’s the people that makes the company and I would totally recommend Kaneff homes. We are happy new owners!

(June 23, 2020, 9:41 pm)I live in one of Kaneff apartment building. Managers and staffs are friendly and nice. Buildings are well kept and clean.It’s very quiet and I feel secure.
Maintenance requests were answered ASAP and accordingly.
For immigrants like me, it is home away from Home... -
