  Basel's excellent customer service really made me satisfied. He was very patient and nice to explain every feature of the car. He thought from the customer perspective and did not try to sell the car that i did not need. That really impressed me. Thanks again!

  What I thought that car buying can be tough, but Basel made it very simple & easy. He was friendly, honest, helpful and very professional. He explained everything about the car and made a fair deal.Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.Basel is very knowledgeable, There was no hidden fees when I went. They laid it all out on paper for me. Basel and Roland were both wonderful to work with as well. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and welcome .I really look forward to dealing with this team for years to come.

  We recently purchased a QX60 at Infiniti of Brampton and I must say it was a real pleasure dealing with them (and we have bought a lot of cars in the past!). Basel provided exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, listened, and answered all of our questions. No pushy sales people here. We got what we wanted at exactly what we wanted to pay, and the process was professional and smooth!
