If you are suffering from any chronic illness like hypertension , diabetes , heart disease , this is right place to go . This guys focus on coaching , accountability and realistic planning which lot of this fad diet plans and meal plans fail to do so . Hardik and aarchi are very friendly , good listeners and open minded .
