(August 17, 2023, 2:01 pm)I currently have one of the large compost bins and it is amazing how much food waste I used to put in the landfill. Now I am able to add compost to my garden and it grows vegetables that are much better than without the compost. Also, it's cheaper. I no longer have to buy fertilizer for my garden. A great investment for sure. I know larger cities have composting programs but in my hometown we don't so this is a great alternative to throwing food waste into the landfill.
