I came in looking for something that would better suit my educational background and also something of a fresh start as compared to my previous work experiences. I already had a decent job, so I feel I was taking a big chance at the risk of starting over in another field in hopes of finding something I would enjoy more. I was skeptical walking into an employment agency thinking that they might just treat me like a number.

That's when I met Alyssa and the Encompass Personnel team. Right from the get-go, I knew they were complete professionals who also gave you great service. From the minute you walk-in, they are very courteous and reception does a great job of getting you rolling right away.

I waited to meet with Alyssa to discuss the next steps, and the wait was well worth it! Once she walked out to greet me - I knew there was something special about her! She had an extremely positive and happy vibe about her, and that carried into our meeting as well. She really understood my situation and got me an interview the next day! I actually ended up not getting that position. And boom - Alyssa got me another interview with another company a few days later! She wouldn't stop trying. I ended up getting that position and it was with a massive pharmaceutical company. They hired me as a temp and after that contract finished, they have kept me on and I now work for them! I have always wanted an office position and I have always wanted to get into the medical field and now I have those things. I am so grateful Alyssa saw something in me and gave me this unbelievable opportunity! She is amazing. Go to this agency and she her/them, you will not regret it!
