EBX

Review for EBX, my first time here and I was really happy. Came in yesterday to do the trade in deal, old PS4 for the new one. I was helped by Will who walked me through the process and made it quick and easy. I always go to EB Games across the GTA but it seems like this worker is the only one who has ever helped me with a smile/greeting when I walked into EB and even helped me find a figure they did not have at this location. Restored my opinion of EB Games, will be back to this store when I am in the area. If you are in the area come here because they have so many collectibles and a cool avengers glove on display to try!

The customer service here is legendary!

The staff here has went out of there way probably 5 times to help me purchase and preorder collectible figures. From calling other stores for me to hold certain items for me and preordering certain items that I could not do at home. Other retailers and stores would probably tell me they cant find it and give up but they really try to help! Its always a pleasure dropping by even just to look and chat. Its also super convenient to drop by because of the parking and I dont have to walk around a mall to get in.

I will definitely be making my future purchases and preorders at this certain location and highly recommend!

My boyfriends birthday is today and we went in here so that he could choose a present. All the staff were great. Very chatty happy bunch. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Always a pleasure coming into this store. :)

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a game that I purchased the night before and the associates were quick to help find a solution to my problem. From their suggestions to the knowledge on games that I was interested in, they were extremely helpful in making me feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend visiting this location!

You pay top dollar... but they got what you want good service. I'd recommend this store for a quick purchase if your not a bargain hunter. I was impressed by the number of sales tactics used to get me to close(buy). (Not that it's a bad thing, just the care they put into a single sale is impressive)
