I went in and filled out standard paperwork, waited briefly, and then Dr. Chahal went over it with me. She assessed and realigned my spine/hips. I was VERY tight and had a lot of neck and back pain. It was instant relief and I left feeling great. The second time I wasn't as tight, but had been traveling and had some lower back pain. She assessed and adjusted me- told me my tailbone had basically shifted to the right which was the reason for my pain! Dr. Chahal is very personable and does not make you feel nervous at all. Also the price point is fantastic! I'm very happy and will be a longstanding client!

(March 14, 2021, 9:03 pm)Been looking for a no-nonsense, non-commercialized Chiropractor since we moved to Brampton almost 2 years ago that offers more therapy than just "back cracking" while not trying to be all new age and about money. I can safely say this office is about healing and wellness. If you're looking for a doctor who is looking out for you, this is the place to go.

They're very knowledgeable about what they're doing and explain everything to you. The place is very welcoming and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to their doctors I'm feeling so much better after my car accident!

(February 5, 2021, 6:31 pm)First time patient here. As a student doing online school and trying to stay active at home, I just wanted to go in and get readjusted. Doctor did a wonderful job and all my back and neck pain feels ten times better. The staff was INCREDIBLY kind and explained everything they were to doing to not only me but my mother as well. COVID precautions felt safe and necessary. (Bonus, their office is decorated very warm and cozy for the holidays which is always fun! 10/10 would recommend.)
