1 star is being generous. I walked all the way here to find out they closed at 12pm and will not reopen until Tuesday. I had not walked that much all week, as I had been in an accident and wanted stronger medication. (All week, the clinic was never open when I drove by.) I ended up walking home empty handed. I hope I can someday change this review because I want to give it the benefit of the doubt. For now, this review sticks. Shame.
Update:
I ended up coming back on Tuesday morning at 10am and they were open. From time in to time out including doctor and prescriptions given was just over an hour as a brand new patient even with people coming in for previously booked appointments.
The doctor was super nice. He made me feel very cared for. Other than the setback last week, I would definitely recommend this place if you need a doctor.
Been going here for years. Grace, the receptionist, knows me by name and is super accommodating. The doctors are quick but thorough. Waiting times are fast compared to other walk-ins I've been to in the area. Whenever I've made an appointment they do a pretty good job at staying within 15 mins of that time. When I walk out I feel so confident in the advice and care I've received. I think people are so fast to give out 1 star ratings to doctors and even world renowned hospitals in the GTA if they're not treated like they would be in a 5 star restaurant. This is public health not entertainment.
