I have dealt with Rick for over 15 years and am always treated like family. I have never had reason to mistrust him in an industry that is full of crooked shops. I recently had a quote from a dealer for $1642 and a $70 part. I went to Rick like i should have done in the first place and I was charged for 2 hours labour and the part. Rick and his staff are professional and amiable. Rick does great work at reasonable rates. After being recommended by family and seeing Rick's work, I wouldn't think of going to another mechanic.
First time at this Automotive repair center. My truck was stuck in 1st gear. They sent me a tow truck and the repair was more than fair cost wise. I know other places would have charged more. The owner Rick was very nice and explained everything before doing anything. Service was beyond excellent I highly recommend giving this repair facility a try. Any negative reviews must have been due to misunderstanding. 10 out of 10 stars
