Being a first time home buyer (detached) I read a lot about the process but when I met Lakshmi I learnt a lot from her and she was always willing to provide her advice. Lakshmi worked hard to make sure I got a great rate and guided me through qualifying for home improvement loan to update my new house. Lakshmi was always checking to make sure I understood the process and even after the deal was done, she happily answered my questions and provided direction when asked.
Lakshmi guided me through the home buying process, explaining in details my mortgage and LOC loan. Her knowledge of these processes are vast. I am grateful to have benefited from all of her knowledge and felt very confident with the choices that I made. I felt like dealing with a one stop shop, she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted in the most stress free manner.
