Robin goes out of his way for his customers and for me that is far more important than trying to save costs. If there is an issue Robin is attentive and give you his full attention until the issue is resolved. Robin and his team also did a very good job during installation. They took the time to explain the process and how the system works. I will be referring everyone I know that needs an irrigation system to use Robin and his team.

From providing the initial quote to following up post installation, the level of customer service was excellent. We are very happy with both the end result and the process.

They finished the job in a quick and timely manner, and there was no mess at all. Robin and his crew installed an in-ground sprinkler system for our home last year. He surveyed our needs and proposed a system that was perfect for our needs. He spent time explaining what he was suggesting and why. His price was very competitive. Then he and his showed up on agreed time and completed the installation and cleaned up the whole area.
Recently, we were getting some landscaping work done and needed to remove one of the sprinklers. Robin showed up on the same day I called him and did all the work.
I've recommended him to our friends and just like us they are very happy with the service. I will definitely recommend Robin and New Vision Irrigation to anyone looking for in-ground sprinkler system. You won't find a better service provider. -

He made the set up process super easy and I must say we now have the greenest grass on the street! I would give them more than 5 stars. Their work was clean and efficient.
