Malês (ma-laiz) is also a large Capoeira family throughout the GTA and different parts of North America and it feels great to be part of this supportive and strong community! As for our small group here in Brampton we are truly a family and it an absolute pleasure to be a part of it.

If you want your body to flow and feel youthful, then this is it. You could be at any level or age and begin with our group. Our instructor Pei ensures that each one is constantly developing in their skills while a positive, fun and upbeat environment is maintained while we train. Plus, we sing and play music at the end of the class. how spiritually uplifting is that.
