Completely worry free experience, you can just sit back and enjoy the smooth ride. Great flat rate too with no hidden costs. The drivers are very pleasant and courteous,, very good customer service. From downtown (Parliament St.)to Pearson Airport is $53 flat, not bad for a professional company , I have to share my experience with the driver that attended was a nice individual. He has helped move my luggage and nice enough to help me at the airport
