Our AC unit stopped working about 2 weeks into the really hot weeks of summer and we organized with Boss to come out and replace the unit after a poor experience with a different company. They were here early, did an excellent job, explained proper maintenance and left no mess or anything behind. They even somehow managed to fabricate a new sheet metal piece on top of our furnace which is impossibly stuck in a walled in area. It looks great and the house is going back to normal. Boss installed some silencers in the ducts at my psychology practice to enhance client privacy. They built custom material and had it installed within a week. We work 10 AM to 10 PM daily, and Boss was accommodating having their crew out at 7 AM. When I came in to open my office I didn't see anything moved, no dust, nothing.. I thought maybe they forgot about our install. They didnt forget, they were just that thorough tidying up and moving our furniture back into place.

AC stopped working called around for a couple of companies and had bad experiences with previous company......ended up landing on Boss Mechanical had nothing but positive experience.....knew I had to fork out a fortune to fix the problem but at least I was happy spending the money and not had to worry about it afterwards....staff from the office were helpful .....technicians (Dave and another fellow) were great and awesome and knowledgeable knew what the problem was right away and the whole process and experience was just painless.....this is what customer service should be..... Would highly recommend and will return if needed ever again.

My furnace was red tagged after an inspection. Boss mechanical came out within hours with an incredibly competitive price and the install was quick and easy. I would highly recommend. After the install they have reached out to see if I’m happy, offered great specials on filters as well. Couldn’t be happier with their service and after care
