Stephaun went above and beyond in handling all 3 of us individually without skipping a beat. Stephaun remained focused and professional, while accommodating our needs. It is the very first time that we have had our phones upgraded without any issues. Even our personal ringtones & wallpaper were cloned accurately. Thank you Stephaun for your attention to detail and also your impeccable customer service experience!!

He made sure that what I came in for was what I got. Amazing customer service! Way better than the runaround Bell service I was getting over the phone and online. He sold me on this store location for sure. Thank you.
