(February 13, 2021, 8:29 pm)Incredible quality and service! Made an order online for valentine's day and it arrived in great timing; although a small error was made (we are only human right!). Thanks so much to the owner and staff they fixed my issue immediately! The owner himself of the company personally delivered the missing items from my order right to my door! I've never experienced such incredible customer service and was incredibly happy to have been treated with such attention! Also, Steve's got a great sense of humor and Aida was incredibly polite and made sure I was satisfied. Love shopping here and plan to make many more purchases in the future! Thanks to Aida and Steve for making my valentine's day weekend exactly what I wanted!

(March 13, 2020, 5:18 pm)I didnt get the two female staff members names unfortunately but, my experience was Friday The 13th of March 2020 at 12:30pm. I hadn't taken more than 5 steps through the entrance before I was welcomed in a professional manner, not overzealous or pushy and the "apprentice" gave me space to continue browsing if I chose to. Instead, I felt comfortable with asking for a specific item and I was lead to the exact toy I inquired about. Without a hiccup or pause she, the apprentice, rhymed off all of the features as though she memorized the product info off the box, verbatim. Impressive. I threw a curve at her and asked for a more specific item and without hesitation I was shown the adult toy and again, she rhymes off the features without skipping a beat. Very impressive.
The next toy I asked for the "journeywoman" stepped in and directed the apprentice to start the video presentation for the product I asked about. After the video the journeyman took over and again, like ticking off a checklist, she went over the features without breaking eye contact.
Anyway, the store is clean neat and tidy for the space. Every item had the space to be displayed and, considering adult stores cover the windows, it had a natural outdoorsy lighting effect.
I will be recommending this store when any adult products come up in conversation -

(September 14, 2019, 7:42 pm)Go to place when I'm looking for LS outfits. So many choices and price points I never leave empty handed. Staff is very helpful, always really nice. The give you enough space without being intrusive.
