(May 27, 2020, 4:44 am)My furnace broke down during winter, I called the owner who immediately took the responsibility. He tried to fix the issue by video calling and asked me to do some troubleshooting. Unfortunately it didn’t fix the issue; he immediately gave me a quote and arrived with a new furnace next day.
I’ll give 5 stars for the followings:
- Fast Response
- Efficiency
- Product knowledge and clear explanation
- Values customer satisfaction over money
